1. Information We Collect

The core Pictagraff experience does not require an account.

We do not collect:

• Your personal information
• Your photos
• Your signatures
• Your contacts
• Your location
• Your messages
• Your photo library contents
• Advertising identifiers
• Marketing profiles

Because we do not collect your personal information, there is nothing for us to store or sell.

2. Camera Permission

Pictagraff requests access to your camera so you can take photographs inside the app.

Those photographs are saved directly to your device.

They are not uploaded to Pictagraff.

3. Photos

Pictagraff saves two images to your device:

• Your original photo
• Your completed signed photo

Both remain under your control.

We do not receive copies.

4. Signatures

Signatures created in Pictagraff exist only while you are editing your photo.

Once your signed image is saved, the signature becomes part of that image.

Pictagraff does not maintain a signature database and does not store copies of signatures.

5. No Cloud Storage

Pictagraff does not upload your memories to company servers.

There are no Pictagraff servers storing your photos or signatures.

Your memories stay with you.

6. Advertising & Data Sales

Pictagraff was designed around privacy, not advertising.

We do not collect your personal information, so there is nothing for us to sell.

The core version of Pictagraff contains:

• No advertising
• No data brokers
• No tracking for advertising purposes
• No selling of personal information

7. Children’s Privacy

Pictagraff was built with families in mind.

Because we do not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Parents remain in control because all photos stay on the family’s own devices.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this document.

If a future feature changes how information is handled, we will clearly explain those changes before they take effect.
